Payment is taken in full at the time of booking. No appointment is confirmed until payment and a completed consultation form have both been received.
Where an appointment is arranged by request, by message or by phone, payment is due within the time stated in your confirmation. If it is not received by then, the appointment is released from the diary.
A minimum booking value of £40 applies to all visits.
Cancelling or amending with less than 24 hours' notice is charged at 50% of the treatment cost. Not attending, without notice, is charged in full.
Travel time is reserved for you and cannot be filled at short notice, so late changes cannot be absorbed.
If I have to cancel or reschedule for any reason, you will be offered the next available appointment or a full refund, including all card processing fees. You will never be out of pocket for a change I make.
Cancel with more than 24 hours' notice and you are refunded in full, less the card processing fee, which the payment provider does not return to me.
Cancel with less than 24 hours' notice and 50% of the treatment cost is charged; anything above that is refunded on the same basis.
Where I cancel, or where a treatment cannot go ahead for a reason within my control, you are refunded in full with no deduction. This does not affect your legal rights.
I bring everything needed, but I do need somewhere to work. For spray tans, a clear area of roughly two metres square, ideally with a hard floor. For nails, a table with good light and a plug nearby.
Please tell me in advance if parking is restricted, if there is a permit zone, or if access is difficult. If I arrive and the treatment cannot be carried out safely, the appointment is charged in full.
If you are running late, please message me. I will always do what I can, but appointments are booked back to back with travel between them.
If more than 15 minutes are lost, the treatment may need to be shortened, and is charged in full. If it cannot go ahead at all, the appointment is charged in full and a new one booked as normal.
For everyone's safety, please arrange for young children and pets to be settled elsewhere while I am working — particularly during spray tanning, and while gel is curing.
I work alone in clients' homes. I may end an appointment at any point if I feel unsafe or if behaviour is inappropriate, and it will be charged in full. Treatments cannot be carried out where alcohol or drugs are involved.
Your consultation form must be completed honestly and returned before your appointment. Please tell me about anything that changes in the meantime.
Spray tans are not recommended during the first trimester of pregnancy. Elim treatments cannot be carried out while taking Roaccutane, or within six months of finishing a course. A patch test is required at least 48 hours before a first LVL lash lift, with no exceptions.
If a contraindication is disclosed on the day that prevents treatment, the appointment is charged in full.
Spray tan results vary with skin type, preparation and aftercare. Gel wear depends on aftercare and lifestyle. I will always advise honestly on what is achievable before we begin.
If you are unhappy with a treatment, please contact me within 48 hours, with photographs where possible, so I can see it properly and put it right. Concerns raised later are harder to assess fairly.
Memberships are paid monthly and renew until cancelled. Sessions do not roll over between months. You may cancel at any time before your next payment date — no notice period, no minimum term, no exit fee.
Membership appointments are subject to these same terms.
I may photograph my work. Nothing identifying you is ever shared without your permission, and you are welcome to decline — just say so on the day.
