No appointment is fully confirmed until both the required deposit and a completed consultation form have been received.
Failure to pay the deposit within 24 hours of booking will result in the appointment being removed from the diary.
If you cancel or amend your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, 50% of the full treatment cost will be charged.
If you fail to attend your appointment without notice, 100% of the treatment cost will be charged.
Refunds can be issued if needed. Please note that all bookings are processed through Stripe, which applies a non-refundable 1.6% + 30p processing fee. This fee is automatically deducted by Stripe and cannot be recovered, even if a full refund is given — so it will be deducted from the amount refunded.
Certain treatments carry health notes — for example, spray tans are not recommended in the first trimester of pregnancy, and Elim treatments should not be booked while taking Roaccutane. Please read the treatment description and complete your consultation form honestly.
